We also respond to queries outside the above-provided timings. However, there might be a few delays that can be expected.
No, Please note that we do not process orders and payments offline at our office. You have to place the order online only and you have to pay for your order online as well. We have below payment methods:
1. EFT Bank Transfer (Banking details will be provided at the checkout page)
2. Ozow Instant EFT
3. Credit/Debit Card via PayFast
4. SnapScan
Please note that you have to wait for our confirmation email before you will be coming for your order collection. If you ordered a same-day collection product, You will receive the ready for collection email notification the same day and If it's not the same-day collection product, You will receive the ready for collection email notification in 2-3 business days.
Please be advised that we do not process the payments offline at our office. You have to pay online at the time of placing the order on our website. You can pay via EFT bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card (PayFast), Ozow Instant EFT, SnapScan.
If you placed the order and your payment is confirmed before 09:30 (Mon-Fri), Your order will be delivered the same day. Please note that same-day delivery is only available within Pretoria & Johannesburg areas.
Unfortunately, the same-day delivery facility is only available to Gauteng & Johannesburg areas. We do not have same-day delivery outside Gauteng & Johannesburg areas. However, you may book your own courier and collect the order the same day if your ordered product is the same-day product. Simply send us your courier waybill at [email protected]
Please note that our Same-day products can be viewed at https://www.cliqtosave.com/same-day-order-collection-or-delivery | You will also notice the "SAME DAY!" badge on the top right product image at the product category page and the "SAME DAY COLLECT OR DELIVERY!" badge on the top right product image at the product page.
Depending on the stock levels, You can place the order for the same-day product with any quantity but please note that we do not keep all quantities for the same-day collection or delivery, We only keep reasonable quantities for same-day collection or deliveries. If you would like to order more than 2 or 3 quantities of the same-day product, You can always make sure with us by contacting us via email at [email protected]
Once you receive a confirmation email from our side that your order is ready for collection. You can visit our office for collection during the below-provided timings:
