It is an easy-to-deploy, low-cost way for any ISP to deliver the Internet to individual apartments. The RB-NETPOWER15FR has 2 SFP 1.25Gbps ports, 15 reverse PoE ports and a single PoE-out port which can be used to power an aggregate link.
