Yes, we offer optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. You can choose this option at checkout before completing your order. If you do not select it, your shipment will be sent uninsured.

Cliqtosave Online does not charge any handling fee for unwanted returns made within 10 days of delivery. However, in some cases our suppliers or distributors may apply a handling or restocking fee, even if the product seal is intact. All unwanted returns are subject to assessment and approval by the supplier before any credit is issued.
Q3. When I will receive my credit refund on returned products?
Once we receive the returned product. We will examine the product and once the product return and refund are approved, we will request you for your banking details and the credit refund will be processed in 2-3 business days once we receive the banking details from your side.
