Returns / Warranty Policy (In Case of Product Fault):

We Offer 7 days money back guarantee in case of any Fault in the product.

- All products come with original manufacturers warranty, which is 1 year from the date of order.

- If a product that has failed during the warranty period, please contact us to begin the warranty claim process.

- Please note that the final decision on swap outs/repairs is made by the manufacturer or the respective distributor or importer of the product into the country.

- Data recovery is not covered by the warranty - unfortunately, hard drives and other storage devices do fail, so please ensure important data is backed up.

- In some cases, the local importer imports a product with a shorter warranty period than what is available via the manufacturer overseas. As such, we always promise at least 1 year warranty on all products.

Returns Policy (Unwanted products):

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts
  • You can return the unwanted products within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective and it is not one of the products listed below.

When you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

  • Digital product such as an eBook, electronic voucher, gaming code or other digital download
  • Audio or video recording or computer software that has been unsealed
  • Product which has been personalized for you or made to your specifications

Please Note: In Case of Faulty/Unwanted Product Return. There will be the least possible courier fee will be charged to bring the faulty/unwanted product back to our store. We will advise you the least possible courier fee at the time of return process. Also, You can also bring the faulty/unwanted product back to our store.

In both cases, Once we received the product at our store. We will then inspect the product and process the return/repair. Returns/Repairs turnaround time varies from 5 - 10 Business Days and it might take more time in case if Faulty Product is in repair with the Manufacturer or Distributor. Our support staff will keep you informed on the case always.
