**Please note - items (over 5Kg) might take an extra 1-2 business days shipping time. Additionally, larger/heavier items might incur a higher delivery fee - we will inform you after your order is placed if there are any additional courier fees. This also applies volumetrically, if the length x breadth x height of a package / 4000 comes to more than 5Kg

During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Return of Merchandise (RMA) and Warranty Policy (In Case of Product Fault):

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Therefore, we provide a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee in case of any Fault on anything you purchase from You can return purchases for a full refund (excl shipping) in case of any Fault. Please notify us within 7 days after the delivery date.

- All products come with the original manufacturer's warranty, which is 12-months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of order. All products will either be replaced/repaired/refunded depending on stock availability. Products will require evaluation by Cliqtosave before a warranty claim can be accepted.

- Please note that the final decision on swap outs/repairs is made by the manufacturer or the respective distributor or importer of the product into the country.

- Data recovery is not covered by the warranty - unfortunately, hard drives and other storage devices do fail, so please ensure important data is backed up.

- In some cases, the local importer imports a product with a shorter warranty period than what is available via the manufacturer overseas. As such, we always promise at least a 12-months warranty on all products (unless otherwise stated).

Return of Merchandise (RMA) and Warranty Policy (Unwanted products):

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts
  • You can return the unwanted products within 10 days of delivery to you. After 10 days, you can only return a product if it is defective and it is not one of the products listed below.

When you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

  • Digital product such as an eBook, electronic voucher, gaming code or other digital download
  • Audio or video recording or computer software that has been unsealed
  • Product which has been personalized for you or made to your specifications

Please Note: In Case of Faulty/Unwanted Product Return. We do not reimburse your fee to ship to us, but we will pay for return shipping if the item is subject to replacement. Please note will only cover the return shipping of a faulty unit within 10 days after order delivery, after which, a shipping fee (starting at R99) will be applicable for the return of the unit.

Once we receive the product at our store. We will then inspect the product and process the return/repair or refund credit in the case of Unwanted Product Return. Returns/Repairs turnaround time varies from 5 - 10 Business Days and it might take more time in case if Faulty Product is in repair with the Manufacturer or Distributor. Our support staff will keep you informed on the case always.
