Return of Merchandise (RMA) and Warranty Policy (In Case of Product Fault):

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a product that is faulty or suspected to be faulty, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Once reported, the product may be returned for technical assessment in accordance with our RMA process. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation before a warranty claim can be accepted.

If a product or good you received is not functioning or is a DOA (Dead on Arrival) at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days after the delivery date.

Products must not be returned without prior RMA approval and return instructions from Cliqtosave Online. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or may experience delays while the return is verified and processed.

Cliqtosave Online shall not be liable for any loss of income, business interruption, downtime, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from product failure, courier delays, warranty processing, repair turnaround times, manufacturer delays, distributor delays, importer delays, or supplier delays.

- All products come with the original manufacturer's warranty, which is 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of order. All warranty claims are subject to technical evaluation before any repair, replacement, refund, or other warranty remedy can be approved. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, manufacturer warranty terms, and stock availability, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

- Please note that the final decision regarding repairs, replacements, refunds, credits, or any other warranty remedy is made by the manufacturer, distributor, or importer following completion of their technical assessment.

- Data recovery is not covered by the warranty - unfortunately, hard drives and other storage devices do fail, so please ensure important data is backed up.

- In some cases, the local importer imports a product with a shorter warranty period than what is available via the manufacturer overseas. As such, we always promise at least a 12-months warranty on all products (unless otherwise stated).

Return of Merchandise (RMA) and Warranty Policy (Unwanted products):

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

• It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
• It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
• It is not missing any accessories or parts
• You can return the unwanted products within 10 days of delivery to you. After 10 days, you can only return a product if it is defective and it is not one of the products listed below.

When you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

• Digital product such as an eBook, electronic voucher, gaming code or other digital download
• Audio or video recording or computer software that has been unsealed
• Product which has been personalized for you or made to your specifications

Important: While Cliqtosave Online does not charge a handling fee for unwanted returns, in some cases, our suppliers or distributors may apply a handling or restocking fee even if the product seal is intact. All unwanted returns are subject to assessment and approval by the supplier before credit is issued.

Please Note: In Case of Faulty/Unwanted Product Return. We do not reimburse your fee to ship to us, but we will pay for return shipping if the item is subject to replacement. Please note Cliqtosave.com will only cover the return shipping of a faulty unit within 10 days after order delivery, after which, a shipping fee (starting at R99) will be applicable for the return of the unit.

Once we receive the product at our store. We will then inspect the product and process the return/repair or refund credit in the case of Unwanted Product Return. Returns/Repairs turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days. However, additional time may be required where a faulty product is undergoing assessment or repair by the manufacturer, distributor, or importer. Our support staff will keep you informed on the case always.
