We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.

Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
