- 1–2 business days (Gauteng & JHB Areas)
- 2–3 business days (Main Centres)
- 3–4 business days (Regional Areas)
Can I collect my order?
We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking, and you can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.
If you have an urgent request or special delivery instruction, please contact us via [email protected] or live chat and we will do our best to assist.
Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.
| Payment method (standard price applies) | Typical variance vs EFT price |
|---|---|
| Capitec Pay via Ozow / Ozow Pay by Bank / Ozow Crypto (Bitcoin, Luno, Bybit & VALR) / PeachPayments (EFTSecure / Pay by Bank) | 1.80% |
| SnapScan / PeachPayments (Apple Pay) | 3.55% |
| PayFast / PeachPayments (Card Payment, Scan to Pay & 1Voucher) / Ozow Card Payment | 4.20% |
| Ozow Cash Voucher (1Voucher) | 4.85% |
| PeachPayments (ZeroPay, Payflex & Happy Pay) / Ozow Happy Pay | 6.45% |
Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.
Variances reflect partner processing models and may change. EFT Bank Transfer has no additional variance. Last updated: 28 Sep 2026.

I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price? Recommended
Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through live chat or email [email protected]. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.
Do you provide insurance on shipping?
Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
Volumetric note: A surcharge may apply if the package’s volumetric weight
(length × breadth × height ÷ 4000) exceeds 10 kg.
I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order? Recommended
We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders above R2,499 applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.
However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through live chat or emailing [email protected].

Magnetic Precision Meets Classic Mechanical Feel
Transform your gaming and typing experience with the Keychron K10 HE. This fully customisable 100% layout wireless keyboard pairs a familiar mechanical feel with cutting-edge Hall effect magnetic switch technology, delivering exceptional performance in a sleek, understated black finish. Instead of fixed physical contacts, magnetic sensors measure exactly how far you press each key — putting you in total control of every keystroke.
Super-Sensitive, Lightning-Fast Response
At the heart of the K10 HE sits the pre-lubed Gateron Double-Rail Magnetic Nebula Switch, engineered for ultra-stable, industry-leading response with precise control over every press. The double-rail structure keeps each keystroke smooth and wobble-free, while 0.1 mm sensitivity and an adjustable actuation range from 0.2 mm to 3.8 mm let you tune shallow presses for instant actions and deeper ones for deliberate engagement — reducing accidental inputs without sacrificing speed.
Tuned for Competitive Gaming
The K10 HE is loaded with features built for the win. Rapid Trigger activates and resets keys based on how far they travel rather than fixed points, enabling faster repeated keystrokes. Last Key Priority (LKP) and Snap Click keep directional changes clean in titles like Valorant, while Dynamic Keystrokes (DKS) assign up to four distinct actions to a single key by press depth. Analog Mode brings controller-like variable input to racing and simulation games, and a 1000 Hz polling rate with class-leading 3.4 ms latency keeps everything razor-sharp.
Wireless Freedom Without Compromise
Powered by a capable ARM core MCU with 256 KB and QMK open-source firmware, the K10 HE holds a 1000 Hz polling rate in both USB Type-C wired and 2.4 GHz modes. Connect via Bluetooth 5.2 to as many as three devices and switch between your computer, phone and tablet on the fly, then keep going for up to 120 hours on the 4000 mAh rechargeable battery.
Built to Look and Sound the Part
The full-size aluminium-framed body houses Cherry profile double-shot shine-through PBT keycaps that resist oil and wear while letting the north-facing RGB glow through cleanly. With 22+ backlight presets plus Per-key RGB and Mix RGB, you can paint the board exactly to your taste. Inside, pre-lubed switches, 3.5 mm EVA acoustic foam, EPDM foam and a silicone pad deliver that soft, thocky, satisfying sound.
