- 2–3 business days (Main Centres)
- 3–4 business days (Regional Areas)
Can I collect my order?
We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking, and you can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.
If you have an urgent request or special delivery instruction, please contact us via [email protected] or live chat and we will do our best to assist.
Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.
| Payment method (standard price applies) | Typical variance vs EFT price |
|---|---|
| Capitec Pay via Ozow / Ozow Pay by Bank / Ozow Crypto (Bitcoin, Luno, Bybit & VALR) / PeachPayments (EFTSecure / Pay by Bank) | 1.80% |
| SnapScan / PeachPayments (Apple Pay) | 3.55% |
| PayFast / PeachPayments (Card Payment, Scan to Pay & 1Voucher) / Ozow Card Payment | 4.20% |
| Ozow Cash Voucher (1Voucher) | 4.85% |
| PeachPayments (ZeroPay, Payflex & Happy Pay) / Ozow Happy Pay | 6.45% |
Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.
Variances reflect partner processing models and may change. EFT Bank Transfer has no additional variance. Last updated: 28 Sep 2026.

Do you provide formal quotations?

I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price? Recommended
Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through live chat or email [email protected]. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.
Do you provide insurance on shipping?
Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
Volumetric note: A surcharge may apply if the package’s volumetric weight
(length × breadth × height ÷ 4000) exceeds 10 kg.
I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order? Recommended
We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders above R2,499 applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.
However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through live chat or emailing [email protected].

Where Competitive Edge Meets Crafted Design
The Keychron K10 HE Special Edition is built for the discerning South African gamer who refuses to compromise between performance and aesthetics. Combining an aluminium and wood body with Gateron Double-rail Magnetic Switches, this full-size 100% wireless gaming keyboard delivers Hall Effect technology in a chassis worthy of any serious battle station. Whether you are grinding ranked matches or powering through creative work, the K10 HE Special Edition is engineered to keep up — and to look remarkable doing it.
Rapid Trigger Gives You the Competitive Advantage
Tired of keyboards that hold you back with fixed actuation points? The Gateron Double-rail Magnetic Switch technology in the K10 HE introduces Rapid Trigger with a sensitivity of 0.1 mm, meaning the keyboard reacts the instant your fingers move — not when they reach an arbitrary threshold. Adjustable actuation points from 0.2 to 3.8 mm let you dial in exactly how responsive each keypress feels, and Dynamic Keystroke 4-in-1 action keys give you added programmability to match your playstyle. With N-Key Rollover across both wired and wireless modes and a 1000 Hz polling rate over 2.4 GHz and wired connections, every input registers with precision.
Tri-Mode Wireless — No Strings Attached
The K10 HE Special Edition connects however you need it to. Switch seamlessly between 2.4 GHz wireless (via the included Type-A receiver), Bluetooth, and Type-C wired — all without missing a beat. The 4000 mAh rechargeable li-polymer battery delivers up to 120 hours of wireless working time, so extended sessions never catch you unprepared. Whether you are at your desk, on the couch, or moving between workspaces, the K10 HE keeps you connected and in control.
Built to Last, Built to Customise
The Special Edition body pairs aluminium and real wood for a construction that feels as premium as it performs. PBT OSA Double-shot keycaps resist shine and fade over years of heavy use, while the North-facing RGB backlighting delivers vivid, even illumination across every key. Hot-swap support means you can pull and replace switches without soldering — ideal for anyone who wants to experiment with feel or simply replace a switch over time. The included plate-mounted stabilisers, sound-absorbing foam, EPDM foam, and silicone bottom pad all work together to produce a refined, dampened typing sound that is easy to appreciate across long sessions. Compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux, the K10 HE Special Edition adapts to your ecosystem.
