Can I collect my order?
We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking, and you can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods including EFT Bank Transfer, Ozow, PayFast, PayFlex, SnapScan, and major debit/credit cards. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.

Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.52% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.20. You will see the total before payment.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive. The price you see on each product page already includes VAT.
Do you provide a Tax Invoice?
Yes. We provide Tax Invoice. You may request a copy by emailing [email protected] after you receive your order’s tracking details.
My product is faulty. How do I start a warranty or return process?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our listed prices are already market competitive. However, depending on the required quantity and total order value, we may be able to offer better pricing. Email us at [email protected] or chat with us live on our website to discuss your bulk requirements.
Do you provide formal quotations?
Yes, we provide formal quotations for products available on our website. Please email your request to [email protected] and include the product SKU or product link so we can prepare an accurate quote.
I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price? Recommended
Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through live chat or email [email protected]. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.
Do you provide insurance on shipping?
Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
Volumetric note: A surcharge may apply if the package’s volumetric weight
(length × breadth × height ÷ 4000) exceeds 10 kg.
I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order? Recommended
We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders above R2,499 applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.
However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through live chat or emailing [email protected].
