- 2–3 business days (Main Centres)
- 3–4 business days (Regional Areas)
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Cliq & Collect is available for collection of orders from our Centurion collection point. Simply place your order online and choose the available collection option during checkout.
Standard Cliq & Collect:
Special Freight Collection: Certain orders require special handling and transportation to our Centurion collection point. A separate collection fee is calculated according to the items in your order and displayed at checkout. This fee may apply even when your order is R2,499 or more. The applicable collection option and its charge will be shown before you place your order.
Orders will only be prepared for collection once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
Please do not visit the collection point until you have received our Confirmation Email confirming that your order is ready for collection. An order confirmation or payment confirmation does not mean that the order is ready for collection.
For the collection address, hours, video guide and complete instructions, view our Cliq & Collect page .
Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.
| Payment method (standard price applies) | Typical variance vs EFT price |
|---|---|
| Capitec Pay via Ozow / Ozow Pay by Bank / Ozow Crypto (Bitcoin, Luno, Bybit & VALR) / PeachPayments (EFTSecure / Pay by Bank) | 1.80% |
| SnapScan / PeachPayments (Apple Pay) | 3.55% |
| PayFast / PeachPayments (Card Payment, Scan to Pay & 1Voucher) / Ozow Card Payment | 4.20% |
| Ozow Cash Voucher (1Voucher) | 4.85% |
| PeachPayments (ZeroPay, Payflex & Happy Pay) / Ozow Happy Pay | 6.45% |
Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.
Variances reflect partner processing models and may change. EFT Bank Transfer has no additional variance. Last updated: 28 Sep 2026.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do you provide formal quotations?
Yes, we provide formal quotations for products available on our website. Please email your request to [email protected] and include the product SKU or product link so we can prepare an accurate quote.
I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price? Recommended
Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.
Do you provide insurance on shipping?
Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders of R2,499 and above. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
Volumetric note: A surcharge may apply if the package’s volumetric weight
(length × breadth × height ÷ 4000) exceeds 10 kg.
I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order? Recommended
We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders of R2,499 and above applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.
However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through WhatsApp or emailing [email protected].
