Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
- 1–2 business days (Gauteng & JHB Areas)
- 2–3 business days (Main Centres)
- 3–4 business days (Regional Areas)
Can I collect my order?
We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking, and you can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.
If you have an urgent request or special delivery instruction, please contact us via [email protected] or live chat and we will do our best to assist.
Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.
| Payment method (standard price applies) | Typical variance vs EFT price |
|---|---|
| Capitec Pay via Ozow / Ozow Pay by Bank / Ozow Crypto (Bitcoin, Luno, Bybit & VALR) / PeachPayments (EFTSecure / Pay by Bank) | 1.80% |
| SnapScan / PeachPayments (Apple Pay) | 3.55% |
| PayFast / PeachPayments (Card Payment, Scan to Pay & 1Voucher) / Ozow Card Payment | 4.20% |
| Ozow Cash Voucher (1Voucher) | 4.85% |
| PeachPayments (ZeroPay, Payflex & Happy Pay) / Ozow Happy Pay | 6.45% |
Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.
Variances reflect partner processing models and may change. EFT Bank Transfer has no additional variance. Last updated: 28 Sep 2026.

Do you provide a Tax Invoice?
Yes. We provide Tax Invoice. You may request a copy by emailing [email protected] after you receive your order’s tracking details.

Do you provide formal quotations?
Yes, we provide formal quotations for products available on our website. Please email your request to [email protected] and include the product SKU or product link so we can prepare an accurate quote.
I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price? Recommended
Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through live chat or email [email protected]. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.
Do you provide insurance on shipping?
Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
Volumetric note: A surcharge may apply if the package’s volumetric weight
(length × breadth × height ÷ 4000) exceeds 10 kg.
I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order? Recommended
We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders above R2,499 applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.
However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through live chat or emailing [email protected].

In the pursuit of a clean and efficient workspace, the PCBuilder LOCKDOWN 150mm Cable Ties stand as a testament to functional design. For the discerning South African builder, hobbyist, or professional, these heavy duty cable ties are not merely accessories; they are essential tools for establishing order amidst complexity. Whether you are assembling a new high-performance gaming rig, organising the network infrastructure in your office, or simply tidying up the clutter behind your entertainment system, these secure cable ties provide a dependable and enduring solution. They are crafted for those who understand that a well-managed setup is not only aesthetically pleasing but also contributes to better airflow and easier maintenance.
At the core of the LOCKDOWN cable ties is their construction. Manufactured from 94v-2 certified Nylon 66, these ties possess a level of resilience that sets them apart. This material is chosen for its strength, heat resistance, and ability to withstand the rigours of consistent use. Unlike cheaper alternatives that may become brittle or snap under pressure, PCBuilder's Nylon 66 ties maintain their integrity, ensuring your cables remain securely bound. This commitment to quality means fewer replacements and a more reliable organisation system for your valuable equipment.
The 150mm length of these cable ties strikes an optimal balance between utility and compactness. This size is ideal for bundling moderate collections of cables found in most PC builds, managing power cords for peripherals, or securing network cables. The 2.5mm width provides sufficient tensile strength for typical applications without being overly bulky. Their universal black colour ensures they blend seamlessly with most hardware and environments, maintaining a discreet and professional appearance. From intricate server rooms to the minimalist home office, these ties adapt to your needs.
Understanding the need for both quality and quantity, each pack of PCBuilder LOCKDOWN cable ties provides 100 pieces. This ensures that you have a substantial supply to complete multiple projects or to keep a ready stock for future needs. The total weight of just 40g for the pack means they are easily stored and transported without adding significant bulk. This thoughtful packaging reflects a consideration for the user's convenience and project scope, allowing for uninterrupted workflow and assured completion.
