Q: When will I receive my order?

1–2 business days (Gauteng & JHB Areas); 2–3 business days (Main Centres); 3–4 business days (Regional Areas).

Question 1

When will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

1–2 business days (Gauteng & JHB Areas); 2–3 business days (Main Centres); 3–4 business days (Regional Areas).

Question 2

Can I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer delivery only. Our operations are warehouse based and not open to the public, which helps us dispatch orders faster, maintain stock accuracy, and keep pricing competitive. All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking, and you can add optional shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind. If you have an urgent request or special delivery instruction, please contact us via help@cliqtosave.com or live chat.

Question 3

Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?

Accepted Answer

We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.

If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.

Payment method (standard price applies)	Typical variance vs EFT price
Capitec Pay via Ozow / Ozow Pay by Bank / Ozow Crypto (Bitcoin, Luno, Bybit & VALR) / PeachPayments (EFTSecure / Pay by Bank)	1.80%
SnapScan / PeachPayments (Apple Pay)	3.55%
PayFast / PeachPayments (Card Payment, Scan to Pay & 1Voucher) / Ozow Card Payment	4.20%
Ozow Cash Voucher (1Voucher)	4.85%
PeachPayments (ZeroPay, Payflex & Happy Pay) / Ozow Happy Pay	6.45%

Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.

Variances reflect partner processing models and may change. EFT Bank Transfer has no additional variance. Last updated: 28 Sep 2026.

Question 4

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive. The price you see on each product page already includes VAT.

Question 5

Do you provide a Tax Invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide Tax Invoice. You may request a copy by emailing help@cliqtosave.com after you receive your order’s tracking details.

Question 6

My product is faulty. How do I start a warranty or return process?

Accepted Answer

Please file an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) directly on our website: https://www.cliqtosave.com/blog/how-to-at-cliqtosave/how-to-file-returns-warranty-claims-at-cliqtosave-online. You can also start the process by emailing help@cliqtosave.com. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

Question 7

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Accepted Answer

Our listed prices are already market competitive. However, depending on the required quantity and total order value, we may be able to offer better pricing. Email help@cliqtosave.com or use live chat on our website to discuss your bulk requirements.

Question 8

Do you provide formal quotations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide formal quotations for products available on our website. Email help@cliqtosave.com with the product SKU or product link so we can prepare an accurate quote.

Question 9

I found the same product cheaper somewhere else. Can Cliqtosave match the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you find the same product listed at a lower price from another reputable South African online store, please share the product link with us through live chat or email help@cliqtosave.com. We will review the offer and do our best to match or beat the price, depending on costs, stock availability, and market conditions at that time.

Question 10

Do you provide insurance on shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. Optional shipping insurance is available at 2.5% of the product price and covers your order against loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.

Question 11

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above R2,499. Larger or heavier items may incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies. Volumetric note: a surcharge may apply if length × breadth × height ÷ 4000 exceeds 10 kg.

Question 12

I thought shipping was free over R2,499. Why did I receive an email from Cliqtosave saying there is a courier surcharge on my order?

Accepted Answer

We completely understand that this can be confusing. Here is why:
At Cliqtosave, we strive to offer the best product prices in South Africa. To make this possible, our Free Shipping on orders above R2,499 applies to orders within 10 kg actual or volumetric weight.

However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.

This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.
You can always request a shipping quote before placing an order by simply sending us the product SKU or product link/URL through live chat or emailing [email protected].
