Yes. Cliq & Collect is available for collection of orders from our Centurion collection point. Simply place your order online and choose the available collection option during checkout.

Standard Cliq & Collect:

Special Freight Collection: Certain orders require special handling and transportation to our Centurion collection point. A separate collection fee is calculated according to the items in your order and displayed at checkout. This fee may apply even when your order is R2,499 or more. The applicable collection option and its charge will be shown before you place your order.

Orders will only be prepared for collection once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

Please do not visit the collection point until you have received our Confirmation Email confirming that your order is ready for collection. An order confirmation or payment confirmation does not mean that the order is ready for collection.

We accept a wide range of payment methods. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.

If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.

Example: If a product shows R1,000 with the EFT discount and you choose a method listed above with 3.55% variance, the standard price shown at checkout would be R1,035.50. You will see the total before payment.

Yes. We offer both insured and non-insured shipping options at checkout. For extra peace of mind, you can select optional shipping insurance at 2.5% of the product price. This covers your order in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit. If you do not select this option, your shipment will be sent without insurance.

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders of R2,499 and above. Please note that larger or heavier items might incur a courier surcharge. We will notify you after your order is placed if any additional surcharge applies.
