Which payment methods do you accept and why does my total change if I choose a method other than EFT Bank Transfer at checkout?
We accept a wide range of payment methods including EFT Bank Transfer, Ozow, PayFast, PayFlex, SnapScan, and major debit/credit cards. All prices shown on Cliqtosave already include an EFT Bank Transfer discount, which applies only when you pay via direct EFT.
If you choose a different payment method at checkout, the EFT discount does not apply and the standard price is shown before you confirm payment.

However, courier companies charge extra for shipments exceeding that range, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Rather than increasing our product prices for everyone, we prefer to keep prices low for all customers and only apply a courier surcharge when needed.
This approach ensures fair and transparent pricing while allowing us to absorb most standard delivery costs.

Overview:
The new VIVOTEK SD9368-EHL is a professional IR speed dome camera (PTZ) with 2MP resolution at 60fps, excellent for video surveillance in wide coverage areas such as airports, city surveillance, and manufacturing facilities. SD9368-EHL is equipped with 250M IR illuminators and a 40x optical zoom to gain more details in any scene. The smart IR technology allows broad coverage FOV and highly uniform IR intensity while at the same time avoiding hotspots.
Video surveillance in big areas has the potential for many incidents, SD9368-EHL's built-in Smart Tracking Advanced (our latest AI technology for Smart VCA) allows user to identify the risk and track the suspected person automatically in real time.
SD9368-EHL's camera body is protected with IP66, IK10 and NEMA 4X certifications against rain, dust, and corrosion. It also supports a wide operating temperature from -40degC to 60degC (-40degF to 140degF) for operation in extreme weather conditions.

Smart Tracking Advanced is designed to enhance the performance of tracking objects via PTZ cameras. Smart Tracking Advanced covers four types of Video Content Analyses – intrusion detection, line crossing detection, loitering detection and face detection. Through user-defined rules, a person demonstrating suspicious behavior would trigger preset alarms. Automatic tracking of the person of interest, optimizing the recording video quality, and notifying security personnel all activate simultaneously.
Camera Link
Camera Link is a feature that enables VIVOTEK PTZ cameras to automatically zoom onto pre-set locations and start tracking an object when the alarm is triggered by the “spotter” camera within the same surveillance system. Camera Link’s connection between cameras does not require a VMS system. Therefore lag time is minimized and operation efficiency is enhanced. It is also great for situations where cameras are installed far away from the VMS workstation.
